PB Gods

Welcome to the infamous Hallmark holiday known as National Peanut Butter Day!  To celebrate this much-loved holiday, Elli and I followed a simple, yet delectable recipe for perfect PB cookies.  This recipe has come to me from various sources, but really aren’t all peanut butter infused recipes from the PB Gods?

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix together, drop by spoonful onto a stone(only thing we use).

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Cookies will look a little gooey when you take them out.  Allow to cool on the stone for 10 minutes before digging in!

Our night included PB&B delights! To make these cookies “healthier” we put banana slices between the warm, fresh from the oven cookies!  Score one for mama!

Maybe the Gods should reconsider their choice of nectar.

  1. It is nearly 12:30 am. I just read your post and I love Peanut Butter cookies. I just made some and put them in the oven on a stone right now. Yippee!
