Artisan bread take two


Following the success of the 5 minute bread, today I pulled out the remaining 1 1/2 pounds of refrigerated dough. With sick kids milling about, I mixed 3 Tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and a handful each of raisins and chocolate chips and kneaded it into the dough.

425 degrees and 35 minutes later, our house smells like a bakery and all are awaiting the taste test.
