Peace

Sometimes it’s hard to find Peace. When life is at its constant, one forgets to find the Peace in those rushed moments or mundane tasks.

I know I struggle to find Peace. A few times a year we run away to electrify our souls with Peace. It’s not about finding the calm or quiet or absence of stressors.

Instead we search deep for Peace. Bringing it back up to the surface of our brains, hearts, and bodies.

We look around and find it in our kids faces. See it in the sand footprints of long walks. Taste it in shared meals full of laughter and love. Feel it as a breeze chills our body, but warms us with memories of where we are and with whom we are with.
